Headstand Workshop
Learn how to master one of the most important yoga postures. The
Headstand (Sirshasana) is called "The King of Asanas" because it
has profound psychic, physical, and psychological effects.
This workshop is a combination of theory and practice. Emphasis
is on individual attention. You will learn how to hold the asana
longer; alignment - how to work with balance rather than strength,
variations, and much more.
The headstand workshop is open to beginners, and to all who wish
to improve their headstand.
This workshop is 90 minutes in length.
