ASL Yoga

You will be guided by Cathy Lee-Saxton in a classical Hatha Yoga class at the Sivananda Yoga Center in Marina Del Rey, California. This is a two-hour yoga session with a 90-minute Hatha yoga class and brief lecture about yoga philosophy.

The Yoga class is perfectly suited for any experience level, including beginners. The class begins with breathing exercises. Then you will warm up the body and close with a series of poses designed for health, vitality and longevity.
