These hands-on
workshops are an exploration into the art and science of preparing and
healing with food. As a participant in this course you will gain a
sound understanding of the basics of whole foods vegetarian cookery
and Ayurvedic principles.
Chef
Dharmadeva will not only teach kitchen techniques but will be
encouraging you, the spiritual aspirant to empower yourself through
cultivating, purchasing, and consuming food in a conscious and
simple
manner. Sourcing all ingredients from within 100 miles is the goal.
As a participant of this
course you will be informed, empowered, and inspired to choose,
prepare, and eat food as a yogi, your birthright.

Dharmadev
has been cooking
passionately and professionally for 7 years. He is a graduate from
the Chef’s Training Program of the Natural Gourmet Institute of
Health and Culinary Arts in Manhattan, New York. He has an in-depth
training of mostly vegetarian whole foods cookery, as well as food
and healing pertaining to heart disease, cancer, candida albicans,
diabetes, osteoporosis and arthritis, cleanse and detoxification,
and systems such as Chinese 5 phases, Macrobiotics and Ayurveda.
Chef Daniel is a certified yoga instructor and also has a BA in
Integrative Studies and a minor in sustainable agriculture from
Prescott College in Arizona. |
