Vegetarian Cooking Workshop
Prepare a delicious wholesome, vegetarian meal with all the nutritional
elements needed for optimal health.
You will also learn how your eating habits affect your physical
health, mental well-being, and spiritual evolution. Afterwards,
you get to eat what you made and take home the recipes along with
a list of the best places to shop.
The menu and teacher change from class to class, so even if you've
been to a previous cooking workshop, there is much new to learn!
Space is limited. Usually this workshop sells out quickly, so please
register in advance. Don't forget your apron.
