My training in Ayurveda began with the Art of Living courses in 1991 and numerous other courses through the Art of Living Foundation where I learned about pranayama, meditation, yoga, service, and much more from Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.

I am a graduate of California College of Ayurveda - a state approved and a leading college in Ayurvedic education. I offer Ayurvedic evaluation and diagnostic techniques, herbal formulas, treatment program including diet, herbs, breathing techniques, lifestyle adjustments, and five sense therapies.
I have been practicing Ayurvedic bodywork for over a decade. I’ve practiced in Ayurvedic clinics in Germany, India and US. I studied under guidance of Ayurvedic experts including Dr. Vasant Lad, Dr. David Frowley, Dr. Mark Helpern, and many more advanced practitioners. I am a member of (NAMA) National Ayurvedic Medical Association and (CAAM) California Ayurvedic Association of Ayurvedic Medicine. My goal is to serve all in the truest and best tradition of essential Ayurvedic teaching to live in radiant good health and harmony of body, mind and spirit.
