Yoga Teachers Refresher Course (TTCR)
Course Outline
The two week TTC Refresher course gives graduates of the TTC an opportunity to
invigorate their practice and re-immerse themselves in spiritual life.
Objective:
- To give a boost to TTC graduates in their spiritual journey
- To practically guide the students to go through their yoga teaching efforts
- To bring back together the TTC graduates to remind them about the Sivananda's integrated approach to well being
They can discuss any difficulties in yoga teachings, have teaching techniques demonstrated and refreshed. In addition to developing their personal asana and meditation practice, students are given the opportunity to practice their teaching.
The course includes further detail on teaching children, pregnancy and seniors/gentle yoga. Students can renew their yogic friendships and share experiences. Group discussions are encouraged. With no exams or summary writing it's a wonderful opportunity for TTC graduates to indulge themselves in their Sadhana based on the TTC syllabus.
