For those who are familiar with the Sivananda Yoga teachings. Breathing exercises, Sun Salutation, 12 basic postures, relaxation.
Duration: 90 minutes.
Gentle Class
Simple postures, more relaxation.
This class is for beginners.
Duration:
90 minutes — Wednesdays at 5 pm
Advanced Class
Variations and longer holding of postures.
This class is for those who practise yoga
on a regular basis.
Duration:
120 minutes.
