The Sivananda ashrams are open all year round so that you can choose the dates you want to visit and stay for as long as you like. Your thoughts become calm because you practise yoga and meditation regularly in the pure and spiritual atmosphere of an ashram. Your body relaxes.

Only vegetarian meals are served. The accommodation is simple and the stays are intended for those who have a genuine interest in yoga. Beginners are welcome.
