The yogic diet is based on an integral (physical, mental and spiritual) understanding of the human being. Learn how to prepare an easy– to–make vegetarian meal that is healthy, balanced and delicious according to the principles of yoga and Ayurveda and increase your vitality, health and joy.

  • Saturday 11 November 2017, 10 am to 1 pm:
    Vegetarian recipes for the holidays
  • Saturday 27 January 2018, 10 am to 1pm:
    Ayurvedic cooking course with Shanti Kumar Kamlesh, Ayurvedacharya (60 frs)

Participation: 50 frs. (including meal)
Registration open until the Thursday before the course
