Sri Venugopal GoswamiSri Venugopal Goswami was born in a spiritual family tradition dating back more than 500 years. His father initiated him in the teachings of the Bhakti scriptures in the Radha Raman Temple. Sri Venugopal Goswami spent many years studying under the world-famous Indian vocalist Pandit Jasraj, a master interpreter of classical Hindustani music who has been awarded many international distinctions.

Swami DurganandaSwami Durgananda is Yoga Acharya and director of the European Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers. She teaches yoga and philosophy in the course of the Sivananda Teachers’ Training Courses worldwide. Her practical and intuitive approach is inspired by her own intensive yoga practice and more than 30 years of teaching experience.

Swami SivadasanandaSwami Sivadasananda is Yoga Acharya in Europe.
He teaches yoga and philosophy all over the world, and is known by his accurate and cheerful teaching style.

A yantra is a geometrical symbol of meditation associated with the Divine. It represents the subtle energy of the 5 elements. A puja is a form of meditation on an external object which is adored as a symbol. Emergent energy is directed within.

Dr Shanti Kumar Kamlesh achieved his degree from the Nagarjun Ayurvedic College in Lucknow. He continues an old family tradition of learned ayurvedic practitioners and began to teach on ayurvedic topics more than 20 years ago.

Introduction to Ayurveda. Free admission.

Thursday 31 May from 6:30 to 8 pm:
How to modify your diet according to your constitution.
The doshas: Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
