This course for beginners comprises a detailed introduction to concentration techniques and a guided practice of meditation.

• The mantras, tools for meditation.

Prerequisite: level Yoga 1

Recommended Reading: "Meditation and Mantras" by Swami Vishnudevananda

Price: Course with 4 sessions, 90 minutes each: 125 Fr.
• 10% reduction for students and members.
• If you register for two courses at the same time, you pay 225 frs.

The Power of Thought

Thought is the most powerful force in the universe. We can participate in this force by developing Self-confidence, positive thought habits, a new vision on life, and the ability to face challenges.

• The nature of thought
• How to reduce negative thoughts
• How to deal with fear and anger
Recommended book: “The power of thought” by Swami Sivananda

Prerequisite: course Yoga 1

Price: Course with 4 sessions (90 min. each): 125 frs.

Course 2: Mondays at 20:00 from 19/02 - 19/03 (5 weeks)
• Prana and the nervous system
• Homeostasis: The body in a state of equilibrium
• Mental stressors and how to overcome them.
• How to have a good sleep & the body's internal clock.

This class includes 10 minutes of pranayama and 15 minutes of meditation.

• MAHABHARATA: Dharma, Karma and Wisdom.

This class includes 15 minutes of mantra singing and 15 minutes of meditation.

• The connection between breathing and the mind
• From the control of the physical body to the control of the mind
• Study of verses of Raja Yoga Sutras

• The 4 parts of the mind
• The obstacles to meditation
• How to control emotions
• Continued study of Raja Yoga Sutras

This class includes 10 minutes of pranayama and 15 minutes of meditation.

Course 1: Tuesdays from 18:30 to 20:00 from 20/02 to 13/03
• Anatomy of the back and postural alignment
• Flexibility and stiffness of muscles: their impact on asanas
• Asanas to increase the strength and flexibility of the back
• Postural types: Identifying misalignments and learning to
correct his posture


Course 2: Tuesdays from 18:30 to 20:00 from 20/03 to 24/04
• Understand anatomy related to yoga
• Recognize and correct alignment in one's practice
• Adapt the asanas for your individual practice
• The biomechanical basis of low back pain

This course includes 30 min of theory and 60 min of practice, asanas and relaxation
Price for 5 sessions of one and a half hours: 150 francs
