This course for beginners comprises a detailed introduction to concentration techniques and a guided practice of meditation.

• The 12 steps of meditation
• How to find inner peace?
• The mantras, tools for meditation.

Prerequisite: level Yoga 1

Recommended Reading: "Meditation and Mantras" by Swami Vishnudevananda

Price: Course with 4 sessions, 90 minutes each: 120 Fr.
• 10% reduction for students and members.
• If you register for two courses at the same time, you pay 215 frs.

The Power of Thought

Thought is the most powerful force in the universe. We can participate in this force by developing Self-confidence, positive thought habits, a new vision on life, and the ability to face challenges.

• The nature of thought
• How to reduce negative thoughts
• How to deal with fear and anger
• Concentration exercises

Recommended book: “The power of thought” by Swami Sivananda

Prerequisite: course Yoga 1

Price: Course with 4 sessions (90 min. each): 120 frs.
• 10% reduction for members and students.
• 215 frs for simultaneous registration for two courses.
