Course of 4 lessons, 90 minutes each. Price: 115 frs (205 frs for simultanious inscription for two cources), 10% reduction for members and students.
Pre-requisite: level Yoga 1

Meditation 2

  • Raja Yoga: the function of the mind
  • Different types of mantras: Saguna and Nirguna mantras
  • The ultimate goal of meditation: attaining knowledge of the Self.

If you enrol simultaniously for two courses (e.g. yoga and meditation) you will pay 205 frs instead of 230 frs.

Raja Yoga Course

Introduction based upon the Yoga-Sutras of Patanjali. This course gives a deep knowledge of the functioning of the mind.

Yamas & niyamas, the ethical foundation of Yoga
Kleshas : the afflictions of the mind and how to overcome them
The 3 Gunas and the modifications of the mind.
