Choose from over 25 activities a week. In the reception area take the time to relax, share experiences with interesting people and receive advice from our teachers about any yoga matters. Our priority is classical teaching of yoga, attention to detail and individual consultations.

The teaching team
The Sivananda Yoga Centre is directed by Swami Sivadasananda, a long-standing disciple of the founder Swami Vishnudevananda, who has over 25 years’ experience teaching yoga. In Geneva, Swami Anantananda and a team of about 10 teachers, qualified with the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres, ensure an authentic teaching experience.
Quality is more important for us than quantity.
Our teachers follow a yogic lifestyle, which means they can teach and advise competently.

What we teach
A yoga class comprises a series of postures (asanas) that help you to release tension in your muscles and develop strength, flexibility and physical fitness.
The breathing exercises (pranayama) increase the life force.
The relaxation exercises are the basis for rest and inner bliss.

Do you want to improve your health?
