Yoga at the UN

Asanas ( yoga postures) and pranayama ( breathing exercises) class taught in English for those who have access to the Palais des Nations.

Building A, door 13, take lift 13 to the 8th floor, turn left and you are in front of the "Salle des Sports". The first class is free.


Class schedule:


Mondays, 12.30 to 13.30 for beginners

Thursdays, 12.30 to 13.30 for intermediate

Price :20 frs or multiple-class card (see class schedule)
