This instructive five-day course provides insight into the movements and postures of the body in relation to everyday life. During the training, the yoga classes, based on the Five Points of Yoga of Swami Vishnudevananda, will focus on rebalancing disorders caused by poor posture. The course will explore the importance of proper body alignment and its effect on the mind.
