Proper Breathing - pranayama
Proper Relaxation - savasana
Proper Diet - vegetarian
Positive Thinking and Meditation - Vedanta and Dhyana
A basic class is offered for a sample experience of proper exercise, breathing and relaxation. Yoga practice is best on an empty stomach. Do not eat for 2 - 3 hours before the Open House and preferably wear loose, comfortable clothing.
