Prenatal Yoga
The months of carrying a child are precious and soon past. You are engaged in the creation of new life, not merely with your body but also with your emotions, mind, and spirit. Yoga can help you learn the most useful asanas in a gentle way, leading you to a comfortable and easy delivery.
Schedule: Wednesday and Friday - 8-9 am
Suggested Donation: Rs 200 per class, Rs 1000 for 10-class pass
Gentle Yoga
Many of the problems in later life are compounded by insufficient exercise and shallow breathing. For senior citizens and for those who want to take a more gentle class we recommend gentle yoga to improve overall mobility, health, and well-being.
Schedule: Wednesdays - 5-6 pm
