Satsang, Puja and Special Programs
Group Meditation and Satsang
Satsang is a good way to continue your meditation practice in the conducive surroundings of the centre.
Satsang starts with half an hour of silent meditation followed by Kirtan and then a talk on yoga. We finish satsang with arati and sharing of Prasad.
We arrange regular guest speakers including visiting Acharyas and senior staff members of the organization.
Satsang is free of charge and open to all.
