Meditation - Introduction
Learn the theory and practice of meditation. Understand the nature of your mind and how to develop concentration and inner peace. The use of Mantras and the 4 paths of Yoga. Guidance is offered for your personal practice
Course duration: The course consists of 6 classes (90 min. each) over a 3 week period.
Course donation: Members Rs 700, Non-members Rs 800
The textbook Meditation and Mantras by Swami Vishnudevananda is included in the course donation.
