Welcome to the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Dwarka Centre. We offer courses in Yoga and Meditation for the beginner, intermediate and advanced practitioner. We follow the ancient discipline of Yoga practice as taught by founder Swami Vishnu-devananda, one of the foremost disciples of Sri Swami Sivananda of Rishikesh.
Getting Started
If you are new to Yoga or to the Sivananda approach, or are very out of practice, we suggest you start with the beginners course - Yoga 1. If you're just not sure about it, either drop in for a free Open class on a trial basis, or attend the specially designed introductory session - the Open House.
