What to Bring |
Comfortable clothes, comfortable shoes/sandals/ walking shoes, towels and toiletries, yoga mat, meditation shawl, rainwear, cushion to sit on.
Yoga mats, cushions, books, tapes, T-shirts and yoga trousers as well as book and tapes will be on sale during the retreat. |

Classes |
Classes are divided into groups to allow people to participate at their own level.
Beginners are welcome. |

Accommodation |
| Accommodations are simple and comfortable with a choice of shared rooms, some double rooms and single rooms. Meals are simple nutritious and delicious vegetarian food will be served twice daily. |

Retreat Rules |
| To maintain the spiritual atmosphere, no meat, fish or eggs are allowed. No smoking, alcohol or drugs. Attendance at both meditations and yoga classes is mandatory. |
