Gentle Yoga/ Yoga for Seniors
Many of the problems in later life are compounded by insufficient exercise and shallow breathing. For senior citizens and those who want to take a more gentle class, and improve general mobility, health and well-being.
Schedule: Wednesdays 4:00 to 5:00pm
Donation: Rs 50
