Meditation 1 - Introduction to Meditation

This course will help you to understand the nature of the mind and how to develop concentration and inner stability with guided practice.

  • How to establish a meditation practice
  • How to develop concentration
  • Mantras - tools for meditation

Course duration: 6 classes over 3 weeks, meeting Wednesdays and Fridays.

Suggested Donations: Members Rs 1000; Non-members Rs 1200

Meditation 2 - Positive thinking

This course gives numerous practical tools for empowering and improving everyday life.

  • The nature of thought
  • Transforming negative emotions
  • How to deal with unwanted thoughts
  • How to turn obstacles to one's advantage

Prerequisite: Meditation 1

Course duration: 4 classes over 2 weeks

  • Sat/Sun: Nov 22 - 10am , Dec 20 - 10am
