Meditation 1 - Introduction to Meditation
This course will help you to understand the nature of the mind and how to develop concentration and inner stability with guided practice.

Course duration: 6 classes over 3 weeks, meeting Wednesdays and Fridays.

Meditation 2 - Positive thinking
This course gives numerous practical tools for empowering and improving everyday life.
- The nature of thought
- Transforming negative emotions
- How to deal with unwanted thoughts
- How to turn obstacles to one's advantage
Prerequisite: Meditation 1
Course duration: 4 classes over 2 weeks
