| This is a standard class open to all on a drop-in basis. The class includes Pranayama (breathing exercises), a regular series of Asanas including sun salutations and relaxation. Students are advised to take a Beginners' course before attending an open class. Not suitable for complete beginners. If you are new to the Centre / Sivananda system and have not completed Yoga 1, please contact the reception for instructor approval. (90 minutes each class). |
