This course builds on the foundation laid in the
Beginner course (Yoga 1) and gives the opportunity to build up a solid
practice including all the basic postures and breathing exercises.
Emphasis is placed on mastering the headstand, holding postures for
longer and making smooth transitions between postures. Some variations
of the basic postures are introduced. Maximum 6 participants in each course, please reserve early to secure your place. Courses run either for 8 sessions (twice weekly for four weeks) or 6 sessions (once weekly for six weeks) is $85 ($65 members) Call us at 773 878 7771 to register. |
