Gentle Yoga is for those challenged by age or inactivity. The class includes instruction in basic yoga postures to enhance range of motion, strength and balance. Poses are adapted and modified so the student can maintain a steady, comfortable posture. The class also includes guided breathing techniques, deep relaxation, and meditation to help cultivate an easeful body and peaceful mind.
Courses run for 8 sessions (twice weekly for
