| Open | 90 minutes duration.This is a standard class open to all. The class includes pranayama (breathing exercises), a regular series of asanas including sun salutations and relaxation. Students are advised to take a beginners' course before attending an open class. Not suitable for complete beginners. |
| Beginner | For students who are new to Yoga this class provides an ideal introduction. The class lasts one hour and fifteen minutes. For further in-depth instruction we recommend the Yoga 1 Beginner course. |
| Advanced | 2 hour duration. In this class the postures are held for longer and some variations of the basic asanas are practiced. We recommend taking the Yoga 2 (intermediate) level course as preparation. |
Group meditation |
Group meditation or "satsang" is a gathering for spiritual practice including guided silent meditation (30 minutes), devotional chanting of sanskrit mantras (around 30 minutes), a talk or reading on a spiritual topic, and prayers for peace. All are welcome, there is no charge for attendance. Please call the previous day if you are planning to attend the early morning satsang |
