Open 90 minutes duration.This is a standard class open to all. The class includes pranayama (breathing exercises), a regular series of asanas including sun salutations and relaxation. Students are advised to take a beginners' course before attending an open class. Not suitable for complete beginners.
 
Beginner For students who are new to Yoga this class provides an ideal introduction. The class lasts one hour and fifteen minutes. For further in-depth instruction we recommend the Yoga 1 Beginner course.
 
Advanced 2 hour duration. In this class the postures are held for longer and some variations of the basic asanas are practiced. We recommend taking the Yoga 2 (intermediate) level course as preparation.

Group meditation or "satsang" is a gathering for spiritual practice including guided silent meditation (30 minutes), devotional chanting of sanskrit mantras (around 30 minutes), a talk or reading on a spiritual topic, and prayers for peace. All are welcome, there is no charge for attendance. Please call the previous day if you are planning to attend the early morning satsang
