How to Start
An introduction to the theory and practice of yoga for beginners with emphasis on proper exercise (asanas), proper breathing (pranayama), relaxation (savasana); the 12 basic postures and Surya Namaskar (sun salutations).
Course duration: The course consists of 12 classes (90 minute each) on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday over four weeks. Weekend courses run for 6 weeks on Saturdays and Sundays.

In order to promote this, we offer Introduction packages to those who have recently (within a week) finished their Beginners' Courses :
Regular Monthly Donation: Rs. 1500 (After finishing Beginners Course)
3 Months Open Class: Rs. 3000 (After finishing Beginners Course)
6 Months Open Class: Rs. 7500 (After finishing Beginners Course)
A self-practice kit containing a CD, a manual, a poster, etc. is included in the course donation.

During the week: Mon, Wed, Fri for four weeks
Morning Batch: 6:00am - 7:30am (Mon – Wed – Fri x 4 weeks)
- 1st Monday of each month
Morning Batch: 9:30am - 11:00am (Mon – Wed – Fri x 4 weeks) [Ladies Only]
- 2nd Monday of each month
Evening Batch: 6:30pm - 8:00pm (Mon – Tue – Thu – Fri x 3 weeks)
- 3rd Monday of each month
Weekend Batch: 8:00am - 9:30am (Sat & Sun x 5 weeks)
- 1st Saturday of every 2nd month
