How to Start
Beginners' Course
An introduction to the theory and practice of yoga for beginners with emphasis on proper exercise (asanas), proper breathing (pranayama), relaxation (savasana); the 12 basic postures and Surya Namaskar (sun salutations).
Course duration: The course consists of 12 classes (90 minute each) on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday over four weeks. Weekend courses run for 6 weeks on Saturdays and Sundays.
Course donation:
- Rs 1800 (Members)
- Rs 2000 (Non-Members)
Although benefits of Yoga can be felt as early as entering the Yoga Hall, regular practice is important for lasting and potent effects.
Right after the course, without delay, is the right time to make a commitment to Yoga practice.
In order to promote this, we offer Introduction packages to those who have recently (within a week) finished their Beginners' Courses :
regular monthly donation : Rs. 1000
3 months open class : Rs. 2000
6 months open class : Rs. 3500
A self-practice kit containing a CD, a manual, a poster, etc. is included in the course donation.

Mornings: 9:30am - 11:00am

Evenings: 6:30pm - 8:00pm
may 20th, june 17th, july 15th, august 19th, september 16th, october 21st, november 18th, december 16th
Weekends: 8:00am - 9:30am Saturdays and Sundays for six weeks
