Yoga for Weight Loss
Combining the well known effect of Yoga on bringing the body to its healthy state, with Ayurveda, the Science of Life, the course offers a holistic approach.
The course consists of 90-minute classes focusing on Sun Salutations, abdominal exercises and postures known for digestive effects, such as forward-bends.
Included in the course is free consultation with our Ayurveda doctor, who will prescribe a custom dietary routine for your needs.
Also included in the course is 2 workshops related to digestion & nutrition, both from Yogic and Ayurvedic point of views.
Although the program is monthly, it is to be continued longer, and to promote this, we have the following offers:

3-months : Rs. 4000
6-months : Rs. 5500

Yoga can help you to have an easier pregnancy and delivery. Adapted postures prepare you for the birth of your baby and the months that follow.

Gentle Yoga
For senior citizens and those who want to take a more gentle class, improve general mobility, health, and well-being. The class includes easy basic postures with some variations, breathing exercises, and longer relaxation.
