Directions: How to Find the Centre
The Centre is beach side of East Coast Road, near Kottivakkam Village. Take the first left after the Food World (after RTO). Go to the end of this road and turn right. You will pass the TN Electricity Board on right and then Jingle Bells Matriculation school on the left followed by garden nursery on right. The Yoga Centre is about 300 m further on the right.
