Class duration: 2 hours
Donation: Same as Open Class
Schedule: Sundays 6:00am to 8:00am
Other Options
A four-week intensive residential Teachers' Training Course (TTC) is held at the Dhanwantari Ashram, Neyyar Dam, near Trivandrum, Sivananda Kutir, Uttarkashi, in the Himalayas and the Meenakshi Ashram just outside Madurai.
Although the course is manageable for most relative beginners, it gives the opportunity to stretch oneself further and to discover yoga in more depth. It is particularly suitable for anyone sincerely interested in personal development. (i.e. It is not intended purely as an academic teaching qualification.)
