DAILY SCHEDULE

  • 6:00 am: Satsang
  • 8:00 am: Yoga class
  • 10:00 am: Brunch
  • 11:00 am – 5:00 pm: Classes with Dr Behman
  • 6:00 pm: Dinner
  • 8:00 pm: Satsang
  • 10:00 pm: Lights out

His vast expertise involves decades of research, teaching and therapy using for specific energy approaches. He developed The Behman Technique of Vibrant Living which enhances physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. In addition, Dr. Behman teaches courses which include Energy Bodies and Chakras, Holistic Health, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Expansion of Consciousness, Meditation, and Awakening Intuition. He holds a Master’s degree in medical physics and a Ph.D. in therapeutic counseling.
