How to Register

You can secure your place in any course with advanced registration and payment. Registration for all courses and workshops is on a first-come, first–serve basis. Please note that we need a minimum number of participants in order to start a course. If we do not have the required number on the start day then courses may be cancelled. We will always endeavour to give advance notice if we think this may be the case. If you are unable to transfer to an alternative course we will give a full refund. Please note that your place on a course or transfers of the course will not be honoured if the first class is missed.

Refunds, Credits and Transfers

A student canceling a course up to 48 hours prior is entitled to a refund or credit for the amount paid, minus 200 baht administration fee. If the Centre is compelled to cancel a course/workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, the Centre will permit the students(s) to join a future course/workshop without requiring any fresh payment.

Transfer & Refund

The first transfer from one course to another will not incur a transfer fee as long as the request is made before the course commences. A student booking a course/workshop, then failing to attend the course/workshop, without 24 hours notification of cancellation, will not be entitled to transfer to other courses or classes or receive a refund.

Missed Classes / Punctuality

Any missed Open classes will not be compensated for any circumstances. The Centre will issue an entry-pass to each registered participant for each course. The participants must present their respective entry-passes at the Centre each time before entering the class, without fail.

Voluntary Service (Karma Yoga)

The activities of all the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres take place through the practice of karma Yoga (voluntary service). Share your talents and skills, or learn new ones, by volunteering at the Centre. Please call and talk to a staff member if you can offer some of your time to help.

The Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre is a non-profit organization. We try to keep prices to a minimum. Donations of all kind are greatly appreciated.

Donations are tax-exempt and are used to continue the teachings of Yoga and Vedanta.

You DO NOT need to be a member to participate in any of the classes at the Centre. However, by becoming a member you actively support the Centre. Membership entitles you to a discount on classes, courses and workshops offered by the Centre and a free subscription to Yoga Life magazine. The membership is valid only at Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres within Bangkok.
