This is a chance to drop in for an introductory Yoga class for anyone interested in learning about and experiencing the Sivananda style Yoga practice. Spaces are allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Review the studio etiquette information. Wear loose, comfortable clothing that will be suitable for doing a Yoga practice. Yoga mats are provided. Bring your own mat or a towel to place on the mats for hygienic reasons.
