"Every thought has literal value to you in every possible way. What you think upon, that you become." - Swami Sivananda

The mind can be compared to the intelligent driver of the body-vehicle. Thus it is important to direct it advisedly by positive thinking so it can make out the journey's right destination, as well as the way leading to it. Positive Thinking develops higher emotions like courage, love and contentment, which are step by step substituting negative impulses like fear, anger, jealousy or impatience.

Based on Yoga philosophy, this course is filled with many simple and practical techniques for facing both inner and outer obstacles through an understanding of the transformative power of thought. The Positive Thinking courses are both theoretical and practical.
