We will be visiting many of the highlights of Kerala and Tamil Nadu, the southern-most states of India - many famous temples and places of a touristic interest.
- Kanya Kumari - temples, Vivekananda memorial rock and statue of Tamil saint poet, Thiruvalluvar
- Padmanabha Palace of the Travancore Royal family; amazing wood work with a peek into history
- Suchindram Temple with 22 foot Hanuman statue
- Leisurely house boat ride on the Kerala backwaters
- Thekkady nature reserve
- Madurai and its famous Meenaskhi Temple
- Rameswaram and the Ramanathswamy Temple where you take 22 bucket baths!
- Trichy Rock Fort Temple
- Tanjore - Brihadeeswarar Temple constructed by Raja Raja Chola I
- Thiruvanamalai where the modern day sage, Ramanamaharishi spent most of his life
- Vellore golden temple
- Mahabalipuram Sea shore temple and black stone carving experts
- Chennai, many temples, churches and Marina Beach
