Free Classes and Events

Open House - Free Introduction to the Centre

All are welcome for a free introduction to the Centre and to Swami Vishnudevananda's Five Points of Yoga:

  • Proper Exercise - asana
  • Proper Breathing - pranayama
  • Proper Relaxation - savasana
  • Proper Diet - vegetarian
  • Positive Thinking and Meditation - Vedanta and Dhyana

A basic class is offered for a sample experience of proper exercise, breathing and relaxation. Yoga practice is best on an empty stomach. Do not eat for 2 - 3 hours before the Open House and preferably wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Free Trial Open Classes

The Open House is recommended for finding out and sampling what we teach. However if the timing is not convenient, you may try one free Open Class participating to the best of your ability.

Please note: The teacher may or may not be able to explain or assist you, depending on how many students are in the class.
