This course builds on the foundation laid in the first part of our beginners courses and gives the opportunity to build up a solid practice, including all the basic postures and breathing exercises. Emphasis is placed on mastering the headstand, holding postures longer, and making smooth transitions between postures. Some variations of the basic postures are introduced. This is an ideal maintenance class for those who do not feel ready to join our Open classes. Please reserve early to secure your place.

Courses run for 8 sessions (twice weekly for four weeks or once weekly for 8 weeks). The cost is $85 or $65 members. Call us at (773) 878-7771 to register.

When places on courses are not available, please remember that we have a drop-in classes at the beginner/gentle level every Sunday at 12:30pm and every Tuesday at 5:30pm. No pre-registration necessary.
