A practical introduction to Yoga philosophy, this course offers numerous tools for empowerment and for improving the quality of everyday life.

Topics include the following:

  • The nature of thought
  • The nature of the Self according to Vedanta
  • How to deal with unwanted thoughts
  • Breaking negative thought patterns
  • Transforming negative emotions
  • Managing the stresses of daily life
  • How to turn obstacles to one's advantage

This five-week course meets once per week for 90 minutes. The cost is $60 for members, $75 for nonmembers. Space limited to 8 participants, please reserve early.
